BS Social Care are currently recruiting for a home within the Daventry area of Northamptonshire. The role in which we are looking to fill is a permanent Night Nurse working with part time or full time hours of 8pm - 8am shifts. You will be caring for 31 service users with nursing, elderly, end of life and Dementia care.
About the employer; this company is a 'Good' CQC nursing home delivering high quality nursing care to up to 31 residents. Elderly frail, end stage Dementia care, end of life care and more. Staff are dementia trained. All Nurses have completed end of life care and are syringe driver trained. The home is well staffed, and activities are undertaken daily on one to one and group sessions with the Activity Coordinators.
Residents can be taken into town for coffee and shopping but if the service users want to stay inside, they have a very homely environment. The aim at the home is always to deliver high quality care and safeguard and protect people that use the service. The home is a converted building with a garden. Overnight visitors can usually be accommodated. The home provides; longer stay / short stay and respite / day care / trial visits.

Through being the leader, you will have the confidence in making decisions for yourself, you will be able to supervise Carers and be able to run a thorough, professional and fun shift. You will be there to motivate and guide your Carers to ensure top professional care is given to your service users.
About the ideal candidate; it is essential that you hold a NMC pin, it is ideal that you have experience within a nursing role within a nursing/elderly service. For this permanent part time or full-time role working between 12 hours - 48 hours, you will be offered £17ph - £18ph depending on experience. Benefits will be confirmed at interview stage.
