Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a well established client in Whitehaven who are looking for a temporary Recovery Worker for 3 months.

BS Social Care is one of the UK`s leading recruitment specialist, specialising in sourcing and placing skilled workers into roles within the social care sector.

You will be supporting within a crisis unit which is open 24/7, which can hold a maximum of 6 clients, you will be dealing with interventions, medication adminstration, record keeping and taking referrals from the Acute Wards. You will be working 3-5 waking nights a week starting at 21:30-07:30 and will be lone working.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with mental health or worked in a similar role, you will be pro active and engage with the clients but remain respectful and professional at all times.

In order to be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 1 years experience in the social care sector and be able to register in either our Newcastle or Preston Branch prior to starting at your role in Whitehaven.
