A supported living service in Port Talbot supporting 4 male service users with learning disabilities requires cover for waking nights shifts. Your role will be to provide support and assistance to any service users who wake up in the night and require attention. Other duties will involve carrying out general maintenance tasks such as tidying and cleaning whilst the service users are sleeping.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of six months experience in a support role and will be patient and caring. Due to the challenging behaviours of some of the service users, it is essential that you have a form of restraint training, preferably PBM training.
