Job title: Support worker - nights
Location: Birkenhead
Salary: £20,018-£22,565
Hours: 4 on 4 off 8:15pm - 8:15am

- Experience of supporting individuals to go on to live an independent life

Job role:
- Providing high quality housing related support and services, for individuals with ongoing support needs to assist them in preparation for independent living.
- To ensure all records and reports are up to date
- To support service users with domestic duties and day-to-day needs
