***************Homeless Support Worker (Nights)*****************

I am recruiting for a well-established service in Edinburgh run by an organisation who have impeccable credentials in providing housing services for the homeless and those threatened with homelessness.

You will be a support worker who is driven to enabling and empowering service users to make positive changes in their life and work towards goals set out by the service user themselves. You will have experience working with vulnerable adults with varying complex needs and have an understanding of homelessness. You will work to maintain the high standards that have given us great results in the inspections carried out by the care inspectorate.

You will work as part of the support team to ensure clients have access to support when attending all housing and non-housing appointments, assisting in the completion of forms and applying for appropriate benefits. As a service we also promote client choice by working as part of the support team to deliver a range of in-house support provisions which clients can opt into and which are designed to achieve successful housing related support outcomes for clients.
35 hours a week on a pattern of 4 on and then 4 off.
£17,600 p.a
