** 4 days on, 4 days off consisting of the following days and times; Sunday - Thursday; 3pm - 2am / Friday: 2pm - 1am / Saturday: 1pm - 12am **

BS Social Care is recruiting for a Night Warden role for a educational setting within the Northampton area to work closely with the students within the grounds of the complex. This is a permanent and part time role.

About the employer; this employer is a well established educational company who owns a large amount of grounds for the size of the campus and for the amount of students. This company works with students under the age of 18 years old.

About the job; your role will be to ensure everything is running smoothly at all times and if it isn't to ensure you problem solve. You will deal with queries, supported the dinner hall, dealing with the Nurse on site if needed, showing presence within the grounds and generally following protocol.

About the ideal candidate; you will be hard working, organised and be able to work this role well. You will be able to think on your feet and report to higher heads when needed. You will be sociable and will not be reluctant to dealing with situations that may make you feel a little our of your comfort zone. It is ideal to be a driver, however, if you are able to get to and from work every shift we will consider you for interview.
