I am recruiting a NIGHTS SENIOR SUPPORT WORKER for a warm, homely and welcoming residential setting for older adults, with dementia in the STAFFORD area.

You will become a key member of a reputable, well respected provider who specialises in both housing and care.

Employed on a full time basis, working 5 days over 7, you will be responsible for all elements of:
* Care and support planning
* Shift leading
* Medication and personal care
* Delivering, supervising and facilitating the delivery of care packages
* Administering medication
* Community and activity planning/involvement
* Liaising with external agencies and families
* Auditing, recruitment, and report writing
* Sharing the on call rota

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is seeking to step up from a support worker role and who has demonstrable experience in residential care for older adults. You will also have knowledge and experience of dementia care and support and be extremely passionate about making a difference to the lives of the people you support.

NVQ level 3 in health and social care or equivalent and flexibility to share the on call rota is essential.

Due to the locality, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required.
