BS Social Care is currently recruiting for a Nurse Deputy Manager within the Wellingborough area of Northamptonshire. This role is a full and permanent role working with a small well-established care organisation proving care for adults with Dementia and mental health issues. This role consists of working closely with your management team and your Senior Care Assistants and Nurses and your service users to ensure the best possible care is provided for your service users.

About the job; a summary of the role includes supporting the team both in management and on the ground, ensuring that care of the highest standard is delivered to all residents.

About the ideal candidate; it is essential that you hold an NMC pin and ideally hold experience in care management. If you do not hold management experience and now looking for a step up, this will also be considered and welcomed.

A pay rate of £21.54ph will be offered for this full time and permanent role of 40 hours per week.
