BS Social Care are recruiting for Nursery Nurses for our client based in Wakefield. Our client is registered for 24 under 5 year old's (12 Babies 0 - 2 years and 12 2-5 year ) in a day centre environment.

As a Nursery Nurse, your role will be varied and never the same. You will carry out activities, promoting personal, social and emotional development of the Children. You will also aid with Communication, language and Physical development.

The shifts will be to cover sickness, holidays and other absences and will be between Monday and Friday, 8am - 6pm.

The ideal candidate will have a DBS on the update service or alternatively be willing to pay £50 for a DBS directly through Brook Street Disclosures, be able to provide 5 years references and provide eligibility to work in the UK - eg driving license, passport and proof of NI.

It is essential you have a minimum of 1 year's experience working with Children in a nursery/day care setting and an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.

Due to the nature of this role you must have the relevant experience, so please only submit your application if you meet all of the above criteria.

The hourly rate will be £8.50 per hour with holiday pay to accrue and various positions are available.
