Nursing Home Manager
RGN/RMN with current pin number
DOVER, Kent

A family run care provider of residential and nursing homes across the south east. They promote good solid care and support for their residents and staff. They are an award winning company that has grown in the last 5 years.

The job involves you managing the day to day operations of the nursing home. You will be the Registered Manager and be responsible for all CQC compliance which is currently rated GOOD. You ill lead the staff team with guidance and motivation

You can demonstrate strong communication skills, time management and empathy. You will be a lead by example manager and be able to build solid relationships with relative an external organizations.

RGN/RMN with current Pin number
Managerial experience within a similar setting

£50K - £55K - with benefits
