Job Description

Our client is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team. If you`re interested please apply now as they`re looking for an immediate start!

Our client is an independent housing society based in Ruislip. The working hours are Monday - Friday 09:30am-17:00pm

Your day to day duties will be to support the Housing Manager with the administrative tasks surrounding their role.
- You`ll be responsible for developing and maintaining filing systems
- Attending meetings (producing meeting minutes for the business)
- Keeping on top of the email and telephone correspondence with incoming queries.
- Collating KPI information

The ideal candidate would be someone who is looking for an interesting administration position, no day will be the same. Our client is looking for a personable, enthusiastic and confident individual with 1-2 years previous administration experience.

Our client is paying a salary of £23,000 per annum. You will get 25 days annual leave, and an extra 3 days over the Christmas Period.
