Our IT Global client has an Operational Partner Management contract opportunity. Their Cloud & Data AI Domain is responsible for the delivery of consulting and field engineering support services to customers by supporting goals. You will support with capacity and capability planning for these resources. Monitor and manage productivity and profitability of these, ensuring they comply with delivery operational practises.

You will have Operations experience and should be self-motivated, confident in working with Senior Leaders and comfortable working in a matrix organisation. You will have demonstrable experience of being able to achieve results through influence across multiple organisation.

This role can be worked remotely and will be for a maximum 18 months. The role is a PAYE weekly, paying £113.20 per day with a 5% bonus and benefits of paid holiday, paid bank holidays, paid sick, pension, notice period.
