Job Description
Operations Administration Officer - Hybrid Working. £11.23 p/h
37 hours per week, 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Hybrid working
Location: Liverpool City Centre and home working
34 days paid annual leave per year
The key purpose of this role is the delivery of Electronic Monitoring (EM) operations for the public sector. As an Operations Officer you will schedule appointments with the EM supplier at various locations across the UK in order to commence, amend, or cease monitoring.
Key responsibilities:
" Monitoring the team mailbox and perform triage duties to respond to enquiries as appropriate.
" Supporting the GPS Expansion Caseworkers by scheduling and performing EM initial decisions and case reviews in line with immigration policy and making initial recommendations regarding the commencement, variation and cessation of EM conditions supported by automated IT systems.
" Monitoring electronic breach alerts and notifications received from the EM supplier and triaging the update, updating IT systems, and forwarding for action as required
" Supporting the EM Caseworker with tracked correspondence duties, in line with policy, ensuring post is recorded and relevant systems updated for reference.
" Actively participating in the performance process, ensuring all mandatory training is up to date, and work objectives are met.
