Role: Operations Manager
Location: Covering Devon (office locations Honiton or Exmouth. Hybrid working is also available)
Salary: £42K-£46K + Bonuses
Contract: Full time
I am recruiting for experienced CARE professional with back ground in Domiciliary Care to "managing the managers" in the Devon region.

You'll be working with a homecare organisation who have franchises nationally. Locally you'll be managing 5 branches to give best in service care.
In this role you'll be showing and promoting a positive culture, you'll be completing regular performance reviews with the Management team. You'll be managing through KPI's and coaching the team to motivate high team performance. You'll be reviewing current businesses to identify business opportunities and threats. You'll be ensuring all care packages are delivering the highest possible standards, are compliant with regulatory requirements and staying financially solvent. Using data to inform and support planning and management of quality and cost effectiveness.
