A supported living company is looking to appoint a new operations director to oversee the services throughout Gloucester, Wiltshire and Swindon specialising in helping people with;

  • Learning disabilities
  • Autism
  • Asperger's Syndrome
  • Mental Health Disorders
  • Physical Disabilities
  • Epilepsy

As this is a growing company, being able to ensure that quality service is being maintained is essential. You will liaise with service managers to make sure that all contracted hours are being delivered. You will be responsible for reducing the use of agency throughout the services.

Essential Skills and Experience;

  • Multi Site experience
  • Managing supported living services
  • Experience with learning disabilities
  • Experience dealing with challenging behaviour
  • Being able to provide examples of business growth whilst in post

This is a new role due to a restructure of the company, and they are looking to appoint the successful candidate to the role as soon as possible.
