I am working with an independent provider of supported living and residential care for adults with learning disabilities to find their next phenomenal operations manager.
Covering the West Midlands, with locations including Wolverhampton, Walsall, Birmingham and Solihull in your region, you will responsible for overseeing the delivery of outstanding care and support for the people in your care.
This is a full time opportunity, which requires you to have a presence on your services, as well as spending time within the company head office, which is based a few miles outside of Birmingham town centre.
You will be responsible for:
* Quality and compliance
* Staff management, recruitment, retention and training
* Liaising with external agencies and attending meetings are required
* Budget and finance management
* Business management and development
This is the ideal opportunity for a conscientious, professional and driven registered manager who is seeking a move into a more senior management capacity and who has an excellent reputation within residential and/or supported living settings for adults with learning disabilities.
To be considered for this role, you must hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel across services as this is an integral part of your role, hold a relevant care management qualification and have flexibility to share the on call rota.
