We are working with a leading and innovative care provider with 30+ services throughout the UK on their search for an experienced Operations Manager for their services based in Birmingham and the surrounding area


Its essential that you are aa qualified Nurse (NMC Registered/UK Pin No) As an integral part of the senior management team your role will be to ensure the homes within your remit achieve excellent CQC inspections and are offering the highest standard of care at all times.


Essential

  • You must be a qualified Nurse (NMC Registered/UK Pin No)
  • Flexibility is key - you must be willing and able to work across services.
  • Your experience of managing a care home, meeting national standards and legislative requirements is essential
  • Engagement is key - we need your great communication skills to ensure families and residents are listened to and that we understand their individual and person-centred needs.
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards
