I am currently working for a small but modern company who are looking for a confident and experienced individual to join their team. You will help with growth within the company and help to lead the service effectively.

This is a small home based in Bradford that help support young people who are leaving care. These children have different needs including various issues such as drug and alcohol, CSE (child sexual exploitation), mental health, learning disabilities etc.

Essential-
Previous experience of effectively implementing support programmes
Relevant experience working with vulnerable people in a supportive setting, including supported housing, social care and health care.
Experience of being involved in the set up of services for vulnerable people
Experience of tendering for new contracts
Experience of managing clients with complex needs and risky behaviours
Understanding the needs of looked after children
Ability to develop a therapeutic model of operating services which embeds the corporate parent values.
Up to date knowledge of care leavers Childrens Acts and welfare rights.

To be considered for interview you will have level 5 in Leadership and Management or are working towards this. You will also have an understanding of care leavers and welfare rights and a passion for working with young people.
