Outreach Support Worker
Contract
£9 per hour
Nuneaton
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
5am-1pm (1 day a week)

An incredible new opportunity has become available for a support worker to assist, and work with vulnerable residents aged 25+ and encourage independence and maximise potential to achieve personalised outcomes.

As a support worker you will support the adults to manage and maintain their accommodation if it is at risk. As well as:

-Work with people on the verge of being made homeless
-Ensure they know how to liaise with the landlord
-Know where to go for correct benefit to support them with rent
-Ensure property is well maintained
-Make sure they are not evicted out of property
