Outreach Support Worker - Children
If you are passionate about children and looking for some extra work per week.
BS Social Care are looking for Outreach support workers to work with children between the ages of 5-16years with complex needs, autism, non-verbal, epilepsy and challenging behaviour.
As a support worker, you will be taking the children out into the in the community, going to activities of their choice, supporting them and be responsible for the safeguarding.
You will be following a care plan that is unique to the individual, according to their needs.
You may be required to provide personal, social and domestic care, similar to that given by the parent or guardian, respecting confidentiality at all times
This position requires flexibility and a person who is willing to provide cover for colleagues working as part of a caring team.
