Job Description

In order to be cleared on our temporary side, you must have a minimum of 1 years paid work experience within the social care sector.

The role
The Outreach Support Worker role is working within a highly trusted housing organisation, who aim to transform the lives of young people. The company supports individuals who are moving into their own accommodation and need to learn how to live independently as an adult. This can be anything from tenancy support, setting up bills and direct debits, supporting with education and employment opportunities, you will be there to help them. You will be given several cases of young people to help and support. This role requires flexibility around start and finish times, as you do have to work around the young people, you will be managing your own time and rota essentially to ensure you see all the young people that need support.

About you
You will have previous experience supporting young people and passionate about making a difference to their lives. You will be reliable, trustworthy and able to use your own initiative. You must have excellent time management skills and be organised in order to provide quality support.
