Job Description

Partnership and Communications Lead

" £40-£45k per annum depending on experience
" Ilford area
" Full Time
" Experience in role or similar previous experience


Responsible for the relationships with referrers and commissioners, to direct and oversee the strategy for occupancy, leading to commercial success and to manage new developments relating to partnership working for business growth across the Group

Responsible for the relationships with referrers and commissioners, to direct and oversee the strategy for occupancy, leading to commercial success and to manage new developments relating to partnership working for business growth across the Group. The Partnership & Communications lead will support teams in managing complex referrals, mentor others in managing relationships and partnership working, ensure key staff are managing expectations of children and young people , their families and commissioners so promises can be delivered and exceeded by the care / support teams.
Responsibilities:
" Make a significant contribution to the commercial success of the organisation
" To engage with referrers and commissioners to drive occupancy for all services within the group
" To support the management of relationships from initial introductions through to a successful, ongoing partnership
" To support the development, along with relevant colleagues, of the formal contracts and frameworks for these partnerships
" To manage the reporting procedures and quality of information shared with commissioners regarding quality of care / support, outcomes for children and young people, and business development
" To analyse and improve established referral pathways, evaluate ongoing partnerships, and to identify and create new business opportunities for growth, with regard to ways of working with service commissioners, and new service streams
" To support the development, planning and implementation of the communications and marketing strategy of the group to optimise referrals, occupancy, market awareness and public perception, in partnership with external agencies
" To contribute to formulation of company policy and strategy in collaboration with Senior Leadership Team.
" To uphold, safeguard and promote the Company`s ethics and values when executing the responsibilities of the role

" Highly developed communication and inter-personal skills
" Ability to engage with individuals from a variety of backgrounds, knowledge, and skill level, and differing organisational cultures
" Ability to influence others through knowledge of field, marketplace and service evaluation using listening, informing, negotiation, diplomacy, and assertiveness skills
" Ability to build relationships based on trust and clarity, reflecting the company values and ethics at all times
" Advanced written communication and presentation skills, tailored to the reader/audience and reflecting the relevant company message
" Ability to work effectively within a team, fostering effective working relationships and manage conflict productively.
" Commercially driven
" Project management skills
" To partner a commercial mind-set with maintaining emphasis on quality, to ensure business growth is not at the expense of care/ support and reputation
" Experience of being the `public face` of a company through presentations, conference speaking and exhibiting, in a manner that leads to increased profile in the marketplace and enhancing the reputation and brand as desired.
