This organisation has been providing exceptional elderly, dementia, nursing care across the UK alongside specialist care services, with over 30 homes/services in total.

They are now recruiting a Peripatetic Manager to support their services, which provide, nursing, dementia and elderly care within the Norfolk, Suffolk & Essex areas

This role will provide support, guidance, and experience to the services within the region, supporting through transitions, through specific projects, supporting new management and of course using your experience, clinical expertise and knowledge to continually improve service delivery and person centred care.

We are looking for leadership skills, experience and someone who wants to provide exceptional care and empower management and staff teams to do the same

Essential

For this role you must be a qualified Nurse and be NMC Registered with a UK Pin No
UK Driving Licence/Car for business use is essential (Car Allowance Provided)
Significant experience within nursing, dementia and elderly care service provision
CQC, Local Authority and experience of working with external stakeholders
