I am actively recruiting for the a Positive Behavioural Support Lead Specialist to join one of the UK`s leading providers of support services for adults with a variety of complex care needs.

You will join a highly respected and well established provider on a full time, permanent basis.

This vacancy sits within the specialist support services team and requires you to split your time between home working and one of the central support offices. This is a multi-site role which will require you to cover the West and East Midlands.

All services are accessible from the West Midlands and surrounding areas.

Working closely with the Head of Specialist support, you will supervise the development and implementation of positive behaviour support for individuals with a learning disability diagnosis. You will be responsible for a specialist caseload and provide expert advice for staff working within the organisation.

You will implement, monitor and evaluate behaviour support plans and promote safe, ethical and respectful physical management practices.

This is the perfect opportunity for a skilled care professional who can demonstrate "hands on" experience of supporting people with a learning disability diagnosis.

You will have experience of the development and implementation of positive behaviour support plans, supervisory or management experience within the health and social care sector and hold a relevant care management qualification.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this unique, specialised role.

In return for your extensive skills and experience, you will receive a generous salary up to £37500 dependent on your skills, qualifications and experience, on going training and development and other generous benefits.
