Salary: £29,235 + annual increase

With plans to continue widening their reach, this highly successful organisation are looking to expand their management team, and need an experienced manager to take the lead in a brand new development of 6 supported living bungalows for individuals with complex needs.

The role of the Practice Leader will be to ensure delivery of the highest standard of person centred services, in line with legislation and company policy, in order to make a real difference to the lives of the people you are supporting. You will be responsible for leading and motivating the staff team, with the support of an Assistant Practice Leader.
