Job Description

Job Purpose:

To provide efficient and reliable administrative support and co-ordination of IT services to departments and companies within Group, giving high levels of customer service to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver dedicated administrative support to IT service and technology projects across the Group venues, prioritizing workload across the different companies.
  • Manage internal IT helpdesk - ensuring that queries are resolved in timely manner
  • Raising/receipting Purchase Orders for IT equipment/software's/licences on the SageX3 system
  • Assist with new starters and leavers process implementation
  • Co-ordinate IT supplier site visits and attend site visits if required.
  • Co-ordinate visits by IT support teams and organize schedule of on-site support with IT helpdesk
  • Liaise
  • Leasing with suppliers, ensuring correct equipment is ordered and delivered on time
  • Leasing with finance department
  • Ordering IT equipment and organizing collections and delivery
  • Assist with the setup of new IT offices and IT equipment requests
  • Provide support with any IT related issues within the offices/venues, including installing new monitors, setting up new equipment.

Experience & skills required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Sage X3 preferred but not essential as training will be given to the right candidate
  • Good planning and organisational skills, with attention to detail
  • Customer focused
  • Confident, professional, courteous manner
  • Efficient and proactive in all tasks
  • Must be proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Teams
  • Able to work on own initiative but also within a team
  • Proven office administration experience
  • A good knowledge of general IT equipment setup
  • Willingness to travel to other offices and venues
