Job Description

My client is currently seeking to expand its Street Works Team by recruiting Project Coordinator to support the Contract Support Manager and to ensure all orders are programmed and delivered to time and to ensure the compliance of the supply chain to all relevant administration support processes applicable to the programme of works.


Your responsibilities:

The successful candidates will report to the Office Manager and be responsible for:

  • Support the Contract Support manager in the management of the work stack delivery.
  • Co-ordination of Governing and dependent activities
  • Provide timely and accurate client updates
  • Compilation of compliant works programme, production of analytical statistical data and proactive publication of both to Client Project Managers and supply partners.
  • To monitor programme of works, and target sub contract delivery managers to deliver jobs to the required timescales
  • Monitor and publish internal and external KPI results.
  • Proactively drive all necessary actions to ensure orders are fluid at the earliest possible opportunity.
  • 3rd Party Relationship Management.
  • Provide a direct interface between Client's project team and the internal operational teams
  • Review current processes and procedures to identify potential IT solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Implement and support IT solutions to Works Control issues
  • Design and generate ad hoc reports to meet senior management / Client requests

The successful applicant requires:

  • Good people interfacing skills
  • Experience of jeopardy managing, dynamic programme of short duration works
  • Hands on approach
  • Ability to liaise effectively with client contract management representatives.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with supply partners and HA representatives.
  • Excellent IT / Microsoft Excel competency
  • Good understanding and application of the necessary specification and processes associated with telecommunication networks.
  • Streetworks Noticing Experience
  • Microsoft project
  • Excellent Communications, Operational Performance, Customer results, Compliance, People Management, and Continuous Improvement.
  • Candidate with less experiences will consider as Project administrator.
  • Candidate can start ASAP
