Job Description

Project Support - NHS England

Brook street are looking for a project support assistant to work for our client, NHS England. This is a temporary role for 3 months with potential to be extended.

Pay rate - £11.53ph
Location - Quarry House, Leeds, LS2 (Hybrid Working)
Hours - Monday - Friday (9-5)

Contract is until 31st October 2022 (potential for extension)

As Project Support, you will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across the PCS Pensions and Special Projects arm of the PCS Service Management Team within the Transformation and Corporate Development Directorate to oversee the delivery of high quality primary care services across England

You will:

  • Provide high quality project, service, initiative and administrative support including information and analysis.
  • Undertake reporting and analysis of information to support delivery
  • Lead data investigation and reconciliation for allocated projects
  • Proposing efficient processes to conclude tasks/investigations.
  • Administration for meetings, data reporting
  • Administration for projects such as incidents
  • Administration and responding to SARs, escalations and compensation claims, UAC, Payover processes
  • Oversight of the Project Supports
  • Monitor data processing and other allocated tasks
  • Day to day activities to complete tasks related pensions SARs, complaints, unallocated cash, pay-over processes
  • Contacting GP practices to hold discussions with regards to the details of relevant cases,
  • Updating trackers to allow the Administrators to monitor progress
  • Maintaining physical and electronic case files
  • Liaising with central clinicians to bring about a close to case files.
  • Input, monitor and check data produced and required for on-going programmes and projects.
  • Supporting teams in project management
  • Managing a shared mailbox - responding to queries/actions

Skills:

  • Strong project experience
  • Able to manage and maintain spreadsheets/reports
  • Proficient in M/S packages
  • Strong communication
  • Able to work to your own initiative
  • Inbox management skills
  • Must have excellent analytical skills (Essential)
  • Must have excellent Excel skills (Essential)
