Job Description

I am currently working with a housing provider for the homeless. They have an exciting opportunity for a support worker to join their team based in Hinckley.

They are looking for a support worker that will assist people that have recently come in off the streets into their service. You would be expected
-Interview new residents
-Inducting new residents
-Promote independence
-Assist residents with budgeting
-Collecting rent
-Safeguarding

To be successful in this role then you must be driven to make a difference in someone`s life, have either personal or professional experience. Be able to work shifts on a rota that covers 7 days a week with early shifts starting at 8am to 1pm and late shifts starting at 1pm to 11:30pm. Also 2 sleep ins which with pay £65 on top of basic salary each.

For your hard work and commitment, you will be paid a salary of £20,069. You receive 24 days holiday plus bank holiday, there will also be a 5% pension contribution.
