Recovery Coordinator / Project Worker

We are recruiting Project Workers for work across the Durham area. You will have previous experience working with service users with complex issues such as homelessness, involvement in the criminal justice system, MH and substance misuse recovery.
You will be taking referrals, assessing service users and care/action planning. Motivating and enabling service users to change is key, as is risk assessing and reducing risk through robust risk plans and delivering harm minimisation.
