We are recruiting for Project Workers to support within a housing project!

The role of the Project Worker is to empower residents to develop the necessary personal skills to sustain independent living. You will be there to manage their tenancies and finical responsibilities, making healthy choices, personal safety and positive use of their social time. You will be encouraging them and supporting their aspirations on education, training and work. You will be supporting ages 16-25 on a temporary basis.

The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who is pro-active, dedicated and able to get stuck in to the role!

You must have a minimum of 1 years paid work experience within the social care sector or 6 months within the past 12 months.
