Job Description

On behalf of a forward thinking, professional provider of residential childcare and education support, I am seeking two QUALITY MANAGERS to join this well respected and thriving organisation.

The quality manager role, is a new position within this organisation and will require the successful applicants to work closely with specified services across the West Midlands and Central region.

Working closely with the home teams and operational managers, you will be responsible for driving OUTSTANDING quality processes and levels of care. This could include internal audits, staff training and management, liaising with external agencies and service improvement.

You will be driven and motivated to secure good to outstanding ratings with OFSTED and your success will be identified in future OFSTED reports.

This is initially a 12 month fixed term contract with the opportunity to move into an alternative role after this period.

This is the perfect opportunity for a OFSTED registered manager who is keen to move into a quality focused role, taking on services which require improvement and working with manager who are looking for someone to mentor and coach them to take their service to the next level whilst maintaining a supportive, homely and welcoming setting.

To be considered for the exciting QUALITY MANAGER role, you will:

* Be able to demonstrate a successful background as a registered manager within OFSTED regulated services

* Hold a relevant care management qualification

* Be flexible to cover services across both the Central and Midlands regions

* Have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
