Our client, a brilliant Welsh charity in South Wales, is looking for a fantastic, experienced individual to join their busy team in Cardiff.

The role of a Recovery Practitioner is central to their mission. As a Recovery Practitioner you will work with predominantly BAME service users to support their transition from secondary care, back in to the community. You will encourage independence and you will promote dignity and respect.

About you:

This role requires someone who has experience working with individuals with varying degrees of mental health concerns. The perfect candidate will be patient and caring. They will have a strong understanding of the needs of people with mental illness. They will have excellent interpersonal skills and must be dedicated to the role.

This is role is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm however, due to the nature of the role, some flexibility to work occasional weekends and evening is important.

You must be a driver with access to a vehicle to apply for this role.
