Are you person centred and driven to make a difference?

I am working with a mental health provider to recruit recovery workers for their Warwickshire and Stratford Upon Avon outreach services.

Employed on a full time basis, you will work closely with the locality managers to deliver recovery support and outcomes for a wide range of people with mental health needs across a range of settings including people`s own homes and community centres.

To be considered for these roles, you must:

* Hold a minimum of NVQ 3 in health and social care
* Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
* Be computer literate with good MS Office knowledge and skills
* Be competent and experienced in supporting people through the recovery process.

In return, you will receive a highly competitive salary of £17195, generous mileage allowance and continued training.
