You will be resilient, supportive and have existing knowledge and experience of supporting vulnerable individuals with mental health. You will hold strong communication and teamwork skills and be able to work confidently supporting individuals in a secure hospital environment.

Your role as a Recovery Worker will be to support the clients using the service to achieve their life goals and ambitions, to always ensure the safety and successfulness of the service is ran to the highest standard, and to work as a part of an experienced team. You will be responsible of managing your own caseloads of clients, and you will concentrate on their individual needs, choices, and goals. You will work with the clients to agree and develop personal, meaningful, and achievable plans which hold positive outcomes. You will carry out positive risk assessments which are in line with the companies` policies and procedures to ensure the safety of the service is always kept.
