BS Social Care are recruiting candidates with previous experience in mental health for a great opportunity.

Currently working with a large mental health charity with services based all over the North West.

Providing floating support to clients being discharged from hospital. Some work may be remote and also may involve visits to service users.

The ideal candidate would have 6 months paid recent experience with experience in complex mental health and housing.
