Working for one of the UK's leading recruitment specialists, BS Social Care (part of the Manpower Group) is a highly respected specialist agency who offer recruitment services to support a variety of organisations to find the best industry professionals across the social care markets.

We are expanding our team further, and looking for a Consultant to join our successful team in Preston, one of whom will be responsible for expanding business opportunities within the temporary recruitment markets. Daily responsibilities will include the sourcing and placing candidates from all levels ranging from Support Worker to management level. Your role will include making effective sales calls to current, lapsed and new businesses, identifying and matching the best candidate for temporary bookings.

Your commitment, passion and tenacity will be key, as will your resilience and self-motivation. You will be a positive minded person with the ability to keep going when things may not go to plan. You will also be open minded to try new things and be flexible, with a good attitude and be a team player. This is a fast paced sales environment and we need people to work efficiently and quickly to help get the job done.

We`re not asking for previous recruitment experience, as the right person will have a good attitude, ideally a previous sales background and experience of working in a target driven environment. You will be able to work towards set targets and be able to set your own goals to reach them. You will have excellent customer service skills, organisational and time management skills. No two days are the same in this industry so flexibility and the ability to plan ahead is essential.
