We are a specialist social care recruitment agency and are part of Brook Street , we've been here 25 years and specialising in the ever-growing market of social care. You will be the 6th member of the team and you`ll working on the temporary side of the business, finding candidates and supporting clients with their temporary needs.

We will train you how to sale to find those jobs and how to identify and recruit the perfect candidates. You`ll go through a 12-week training programme enabling you to build relationships with clients around the South West.

You'll be making sales calls to existing and potential employers. Using our systems to recording these sales calls. Attracting candidates through advertising, using social media and proactively resourcing. Then interviewing and screening candidates suitability to work with our services. Preparing and placing the applicants on assignments and then managing the placement to its completion.

Your success will be rewarded with our uncapped bonus scheme, so the more you put in the more you`ll get out! To hit the bonus you want you`ll need to be resilient, persistent and be a clear communicator.

I`ve been working for BS Social Care for 16 years and I loved the recruitment consultant role, I found it challenging but ultimately rewarding, not just for the bonus earned but also knowing that I`ve supported vulnerable people, helped people pay their bills and put food on the table!
