BS Social Care specialise in recruiting for social care staff for companies across the UK. As a Recruitment Consultant within our Liverpool branch, you will be responsible for new business development, identifying and selecting top talent and generating GP for the company through placement of candidates into temporary and permanent positions.

Ideally you will have a background in recruitment or sales, however if you are able to demonstrate a naturally persuasive manner, have great eye for detail, and be able to work to targets then we`d love to hear from you. You will have exceptional communication skills (face to face, on the telephone and written) and have a desire to succeed.
