Higher Executive Officer
Hourly rate: 16.96
Contract 6 months, expected longer
Location: Glasgow

Our Public Sector clients are currently recruiting for a HEO, Higher Executive Officer on a temporary basis, based in the city centre. As a HEO you will provide oversight of the end-to-end recruitment process, working on campaigns following the progressed in a time effective manner. Meeting service level agreements, providing candidates and producing adverts, campaign designs for roles across various professional. Creating candidate attraction ensuring diverse, quality and talent throughout the selection process. Providing excellent recruitment service, offering advice and development.

Desired skillset

- In-house recruitment background
- Experience leading and developing recruitment campaigns
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work within a time effective manner, in a fast-passed environment
- Flexible, adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure

A successful candidate must meet the security requirements before they can be appointed. The level of security clearance needed is Security Check and subject to three years worth of referencing. Candidates will be subject to UK immigration requirements as well as Civil Service nationality rules.
