BS Social Care in Bristol is RECRUITING NOW - we are looking for an exceptional person to join this high performing team!

BS Social Care (part of the Brook Street Bureau) specialise in recruiting staff for social care companies across Bristol and the South West.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • New Business Development
  • Sourcing and selecting top talent in the industry
  • Generating GP monthly through the successful placement of candidates
  • Managing your monthly targets to achieve your bonus

Ideally you will have a back ground in sales, however if you are able to demonstrate a naturally persuasive manner, have great eye for detail, and be able to work to targets then we`d love to hear from you.

You will have exceptional communication skills (face to face, on the telephone and via email) and have a desire to succeed.
