BS Social Care are a leading provider with the supply of temporary and permanent staffing solutions across the East Midlands and Warwickshire.

We are looking to recruit a sales consultant who can engage with clients and candidates in order to increase our local footprint.

You will have the desire and confidence to be able to engage with clients who are in need of temporary staff working within adults and children's social care. Your passion and skills would be previous sales experience, customer service or face to face roles. We work to targets so it is important to mention that you are on the phone alot.

Have you worked in sales, telesales, insurance, travel agents, estate agents or recruitment consultancy before? If yes then I really want to talk to you.

Do you have what it takes to be a high flyer, someone who can persuade clients to use you over any other agency and also engage with candidates to get them on board to temp for us.

Depending upon experience minimum of £20k including bonus and other company incentives.
