Day to day you will be responsible for contacting existing and prospect customers, understanding their temporary staffing needs, persuade them to work with BS Social Care, register and place suitable temporary worker into the appropriate temporary bookings and adhere to all internal policies and procedures including compliance.
With a positive attitude and mindset you will be able to communicate at all levels with clients and candidates alike. Your attention to detail for updating relevant administrative tasks and your ability to work towards set activity KPIs and targets will be key. No two days are the same so you will be resilient and have a can-do` attitude! Ideally you will have experience of working within a recruitment role and ready for the next step up or just a fresh challenge in a fast paced environment.
