Recruitment Resourcer Required

Our client is based in Berkhamsted and are looking for a thriving eager researcher to join their global growing business.
The Researching team is a shared service which provides support to Consultants, Senior Consultants, Managers and Directors on the delivery of projects.
You're duties will include: Support within marketing campaigns, Searching for candidates via longlisting and shortlisting within timeframe, Supporting with headhunting hot candidates, Cold calling and researching potential clients, Providing first stage qualification of candidates and potential clients, Updating the system/paperwork, Delivering an outstanding service to both candidates and clients, Communicating any solutions, challenges and ideas to the Research Manager.
You will need to have few years of commercial experience or have customer facing work experience (even from a retail store, hospitality sector). Good customer service skills and communication skills.
Your Package: £18- 22k plus commission, career pathway, opportunity to attend events in the UK and international, 22days holidays and team night outs.
Office based role / Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, Immediate Start Available - In-house on the job training will be provided
