Registered Area Manager
Salary £44,800 (negotiable)
We are looking for a dynamic, Regional, Operations or Area Manager who has experience within the health or social care sector, ideally supported living/ learning disabilities. Supporting and overseeing 3 supported living services based 2 miles from your office and 6 managers reporting to you. The ideal candidate will have experience of multi-site management and an excellent knowledge within social care industry. Including overseeing, auditing and management of financial budgets, taking responsibility for overseeing quality and compliance and legal requirements. It is essential that you are able to support, lead and motivate busy Home Managers across your Gloucestershire, shaping and developing their performance as Managers, whilst meeting expectations and identifying needs individually.
Driving licence is essential
Qualified to Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent
Up to date experience of the learning disability sector
Solid experience of managing supported living services
Experience of negotiating and building relationships with local authorities, CQC and other external agencies
Budget management experience
Excellent people management, leadership and communication skills
