Are you seeking your first regional manager role?

Do you have a background in the of high quality care and support for adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours?

Covering the East Midlands, you will work closely with multiple adults who reside in specialist care settings which promote their choice, dignity and Independence. You and your team, will continue to provide person centred care and support, whilst promoting and maintaining access to the community, including education, activities and day services.

You will be responsible for multiple sites in the East Midlands region and take on responsibility for operational, strategic and finance management, as well as ensuring all your services deliver consistent, good quality care in line with CQC and company requirements.

You will be a natural leader, be passionate about making a difference to the lives of the people you support and be flexible in your approach to support the needs of your service and share "on-call" responsibilities.

To be considered for this exciting role, you must:

* Demonstrate proven experience in a senior or registered manager capacity. This should include some element of multi-site management.

* Hold a relevant care management qualification

* Have a full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle and flexibility to travel to all your services across the East Midlands region.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £35000 per annum, generous annual leave allowance and other exciting benefits.
