Job Description

Job Title: Regional Manager - CQC and Housing
Location: Stafford
Job Type: Full-time 37.5 Hours
Salary: £50,000

Company Overview:
I am currently working with a leading provider in the social care sector, committed to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our residents and clients. They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee our operations in Stafford. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Care Quality Commission (CQC) compliance and social housing, along with proven expertise in multi-site management.

Responsibilities:
**CQC Compliance:**
- Ensure all facilities within the region comply with CQC regulations and standards.
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures to meet CQC requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address areas of improvement related to CQC standards..

**Multi-Site Management:**
- Directly manage and support a team of site managers across multiple locations within the region.
- Develop and implement performance metrics to assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of each site.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

4. **Staff Training and Development:**
- Provide leadership and guidance to site managers and staff, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to deliver high-quality services.
- Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.

5. **Financial Management:**
- Work closely with the finance department to manage budgets for each site and the overall region.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to ensure financial sustainability.

6. **Stakeholder Engagement:**
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for any regional issues or concerns.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in CQC compliance and social housing management.
- Demonstrated success in multi-site management.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare and housing sectors.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Sound financial management skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care, housing management, or a related field.
