I have a brand new and exciting opportunity available for a REGIONAL MANAGER to join a leading children`s residential provider to oversee services across Shrewsbury and North Wales.

You will join a provider who significant experience within the childcare sector and who is focused on the provision of high quality care and support across a range of settings including residential, education and specialist services.

As regional manager, you will be a key player within the senior management team for this organisation and be responsible for overseeing multiple services across Shropshire and North Wales.

You will lead, develop and guide the management team to deliver quality therapeutic care and support, ensuring that you are a role model at all times. You will lead on regional, organisational and business targets, ensuring all specified KPIs are achieved and that all care delivered adheres to both company, Care Inspectorate for Wales and OFSTED guidelines.

This is the perfect opportunity for a driven, motivated and highly professional registered manager who is seeking to make a move into a senior management role. Alternatively, you will be a competent area or regional manager who is looking to work for a forward thinking provider.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will demonstrate a consistent and proven background within management of residential care services for children and young people, hold the QCF level 5 in leadership and management for children and young people`s services or equivalent and be flexible to cover a designated area of services.

It is ESSENTIAL that you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

This fabulous regional manager opportunity is offering a highly competitive of £51500 per annum, a generous car allowance and the opportunity to achieve bonus through achieving pre-agreed KPIs. You will also receive continued training, development and a generous annual leave allowance.
