In partnership with a recognised charitable provider of care and support for adults with learning disabilities, I am seeking a regional services manager to oversee their supported living settings across SHROPSHIRE .

With twenty years of recognised high-quality person-centred care and support, you will become a key member of the management team and share their commitment to providing support to people with learning difficulties in order that they can lead dignified and fulfilling lives within the community.

Reporting directly to the head of support and inclusion, you will take on the role of senior management for multiple care packages within the SHROPSHIRE region.

You will hold registration with CQC and play a key role in:
" Providing leadership and direction to the regional management team
" Management, development, and improvement of services
" Delivering individualised support to the people in your care
" Developing relationships with commissioners, external agencies, and key stakeholders
" Promoting inclusion by ensuring the people you support are included in recruitment, policy reviews and the implementation of policies and procedures
" Ensuring all services and the care delivered is of a high quality and promotes choice, independence, and dignity
" Team management, recruitment, training, and induction of team members
" Quality and compliance management
" Business growth and development

To be considered for the regional services manager, you must demonstrate significant experience within the adults` social care sector, specifically in the learning disabilities field, hold a relevant care management qualification and be flexible to participate in the on call rota.
