Due to the successful acquisition of a new domiciliary care contract I am seeking a skilled, passionate and focused registered manager to lead and develop the home care service in Stoke on Trent.
You will join a leading, well respected provider who has a great reputation with CQC for the delivery of high quality care and support.
As registered branch manager, you will take full accountability for the operational performance of the service in Stoke on Trent. You will lead, develop and drive business performance whilst maintaining a quality service. You will manage and develop a team of coordinators and care focused support staff, be pivotal in business growth and identify new business opportunities.
I am looking for a registered branch manager who not only has relevant care management experience, but is also compassionate, committed, motivated and pro-active. You will be able to demonstrate excellent CQC knowledge and experience and be driven to make a difference.
A formal care management qualification, as well as a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential to be considered for this exciting role.
In return, for your extensive knowledge and experience, you will receive a salary in the region of £30000 per annum, continued training and development, genuine career progression opportunities and 31 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
